How do I determine the size of my board?

I am developing my first PCB. So far I am enjoying F360. I have a question about the size of my board. I used the board size button to make a rectangular board using poly lines. The rectangle is 6300 mils high and 5600 mils wide. I have confirmed this by clicking on each poly line and looking at the length in the inspector. But when I click on the board the inspector sys it is 6506 mils wide x 9306 mils high. Why is there a difference between the two methods of determining the size of the board?

Also when I look at the 2D image of the board, the poly lines that create the edge of the board are two color.

Why is this?

@acsann , the size on the inspector panel is not the value of the board itself. It's the bounding size of the drawing. In your case, you might have put something else outside of the green rectangle.

OK, so is there a one-click way to get the board's outer dimensions for manufacturing? Drawing dimensions in a PCB layout is annoying.

Hello @ilya_gurin,

I hope you're doing well. You can go into the manufacturing preview > board tab

This is under the manufacturing sub menu in the 2D PCB.

Let me know if there's anything else I can do for you.
