How do I change the pcb layout view to be pitch black?

Again another menu lost which was for configuring the environment in layouts/schematic (unless it is somewhere I am missing?)

Would love to have proper black backgrounds (like I was used to for the past 10+ years of using Eagle)

Hi @Danjel,

I hope you're doing well. In Fusion360, click on your name in the top right and then go to Preferences. Then go to the Electronics section.

Let me know if there's anything else I can do for you.

I'm having the same problem with the schematic background not being completely black. I have tried adjusting the color in my preferences, but that does not have any effect. Attached is what Fusion 360 considers black.360Color.PNG

Hi @infinite.machinery,

I hope you're doing well. Go into Preferences > Electronics > Color. If you want to change the darkness of the black click on the palette square and you'll be able to change the background color. It's the top left square in the black Board palette.

Let me know if there's anything else I can do for you.

Thanks, that worked. Although it took me a while to realize that Board color is shared between PCB and schematic designers. It would be nice if PCB and schematic has their own color settings. I configured it like I have it set in Eagle - Black for the PCB and schematic and dark grey for the canvas.
