Hotkeys layer change

Hi,

Is there a way to change active layer with hotkeys in the pcb design view? If so, is it possible to set up custom hotkeys for what layer? I would want to be able to change active layer top, inner 1, inner 2, bot  with numpad 1,2,3,4?
