Footprint Dimensions

New to Fusion 360 and I am working on some custom electronic parts. I am trying to dimension the part that I have included a picture of. My question is how to do I dimension "2-2".  Is that just 2.2 mm?

Thanks,

The 2-2 means that there is "2 times 2mm" indicating that the 2mm distance apply to the holes at the bottom as well as those on the top.
Similar with the 2-2 on the left side.

It's a bit unusual to see it like this, but it's often used to refer to hole diameters, like "4-5mm", "4x5mm" or similar.
