Error updating libraries: Host requires authentication - different

I am getting this error and it is preventing me from placing any parts or doing anything at all.

I installed Fusion 360 today and the installation assures me that it is up to date.

I restarted my PC after installing Fusion 360 but it did not fix the problems.

I have never had Eagle installed on this PC.

Does anyone have a clue how I can fix this and get working?

Thank you for participating on the Forum. When exactly do you get this error? While launching Fusion 360?
