EAGLE, Copy and Paste does not work between schematic sheets

I've noticed that copy and paste does not work between schematic sheets.

1. with a schematic on sheet 1, select everything and Ctrl-C

2. on sheet 2, currently blank, hit Ctrl-V to paste

- copy of schematic from sheet 1

- nothing shows up

3. go to the edit "menu" in the toolbar and select "Paste" from the dropdown

- nothing shows up (I already used Ctrl-V to paste the copy, and nothing happened)

- the copy from step (1) magically shows up

Possibly relevant: I was copying and pasting between modules, so not top-level sheets

Hi @matthew.eldridge

I hope you are doing well!

From your post, I guess you use the hot key to do copy and paste with two sch/pcb files open in Mac.

If you confirm that, then it is a known issue that we are working on.

As a workaround, do you mind relaunching Fusion 360 and only opening one schematic file to have a try?

And also you can use the copy and paste commands in the menu bar to have a try.

If the workaround still can't work, please let us know. Thanks!

Jus to chime in...

I'm on a Mac and this works fine.

Select a block of components
Command-C to copy
View other sheet
Command-V to paste

I should have said, I'm on a Windows 10 box. My repro for the problem is based on using the hot keys, Ctrl-C to copy, Ctrl-V to paste. Interestingly the Ctrl-C seems to work, while the Ctrl-V does not. I can paste successfully using the toolbar button to paste.

This isn't a huge deal, just a minor annoyance so I thought I'd point it out.
