Eagle 9.7 file format

Hello,

When i trying to open design files (.sch or .brd) downloaded from Fusion with Eagle 9.6.2. 

I getting a warning that this files in Eagle 9.7 format and not fully compatible with Eagle 9.6.2.

Then list of color related errors.

All colors of layers in pcb are set black and in schematic white (can be fixed by color re-assigning script).

Questions:

Is Eagle 9.7 exist?

If yes, where to download it?

If not, why design files for download in eagle 9.7 format?

Hi there - EAGLE 9.7.0 does not exist. If you want to open files from Fusion into EAGLE, please choose the EAGLE 9.x compatible file option in the export and that should resolve these issues.

I hope you're doing well. Just to add a little more context to PJ's comment. Internally the XML from Fusion is listed as EAGLE 9.7 but it's already branched quite far from what the last release of EAGLE 9.6.2 provides. Hence why EAGLE throws errors with the files. The solution is to use the option PJ mentioned. If you ever see EAGLE 9.7 mentioned it's really a reference to Fusion.

Thank you for explanation, just to let you know that from Autodesk360 customer web interface there is no option to select file format only BRD or SCH, then you getting link to the file by email.

The issue you reported should be fixed now.

Please upgrade Fusion and try it again, thanks a lot!
