Hi I made this video specifically for this post in hopes of clearly showing a bug in the ECAD environment and the condition that seemingly causes it.  Very curious if other people have experienced this or if it something specific to my situation. Anyway I can assist, I am happy to help!

First of all, thanks so much for being active on the forums and taking the time to consolidate such a detailed report, I'm sorry you've encountered this issue, your report will really help us resolve this quickly.
