Custom pad not displaying properly in 3D

Custom pad shapes are not displaying properly on 3D even though manufacturing preview works fine.  The polygon is fully overlapping the pad.  Also the polygon on the tstop layer is not showing up.

Hi, @tgsell

Would you please try to view 3D PCB again with "Stop layer geometry" option checked? By default, we don't check this option for the reason of performance consideration.

It is the same with or without Stop Layer Geometry.

Exactly the same problem. Custom made pads are not shown correctly in 3D model, however shown correctly in CAM preview. I am sending an example of custom pad library and design through e-mail.
Thank you.

Thank you.

Couple of questions:

- Do you have an ETA for this solution? Is it days, weeks, months?

- Is there any alternative that I can use to make custom shape pad?

Hi @ilia.vitsnudel

I hope you are doing well!

Our develop team is working to fix this issue. We will try our best to fix it ASAP.

By the way, you can use the rectangle polygon in the footprint to have a try.

The rectangle polygon should covers the pad completely.

Please have a try, thanks!
