How do you change the colors in the DESIGN application?  Not the electronics.

I know about the environments but this doesn't change the cyan color of the cursor.  And the environments are not very good for contrast either.  It is VERY ahrd to see the Centers or endpoints of a line to lock in when hovering over them before picking a point.  See picture below....
