Cannot place vias overlapping with SMT Pads

Hi all,

I've recently migrated this project from Eagle where I was able to place vias overtop of the SMT pads on this LGA device (From my understanding, this is pretty essential for that sort of package).

I'm using the same DRC file as before, and the part should be the same. I can place a via, but it moves it so that it doesn't overlap with the pad at all.

I'm guessing it's maybe a setting or something I'm not aware of. can anyone point me in the right direction?

Thanks!

Hello @Anonymous , please try this: press ALT+I and then place the via, and then ALT+P to restore the previous behavior.

@yqliu
This is just a workaround to actually PLACE the via.
It still gives a DRC error, which is not correct (as long as the net names are the same).
