Basically a bug (or terrible "feature") report.

When trying to mirror a medium+ sized component upon a PCB, I am forbidden to because it would be outside the bound limit for the free version (doesn't matter what actual size I set the bounds to). Similarly, I cannot drag components outside the (invisible) limit bounds just to get them out of the way when doing a rough layout because of the same issue. This has made it nearly impossible to create a 2-layer board because there is no way to move these components to the rear layer.

Hello @somethingtrey,

One thing that can help is to change the violators mode to Ignore obstacles, should make it easier to flip the part since it will flip even if doing so would incur in DRC violations. In the free version the size limits are caculated with the bottom left corner of the board at (0 0) and then the board only exists in the positive X and Y axes. The furthest component helps define the board dimensions.

Let me know if you continue to run into problems.
