CAM Gerber export does not respect clearance matrix m-to-n values

I try to export my PCBs via CAB Gerber RS-274X (but also X2) output for manufacturing but the results in gerber layers exports differ from board design.
I have a rather complex clearance matrix for handling differencial pairs, single trances (50R), isolated areas and so on.
All views exept for the gerber output respect the m-to-n rules set in the clearance matrix but not the gerber export.

To illustrate this, I created a small board with only a differencial USB trace and a part to make it easy to spot.

Hello @huebnerX4YD3,

I get a feeling the gerbers are not being read properly by gerbv. I've run into this before with Gerbv. Try viewing the gerbers in Viewmate https://www.pentalogix.com/t/software-products/viewmate

Ive used this gerber viewer for years and I've never run into any bugs with it.

Let me know if you continue to run into problems.

Hi @jorge_garcia.,

thanks for the answer.

I think its not the issue of the viewer ...
(I am using a Mac so Viewmate is not an option, or I am getting the wrong version as download from them all the time).
As alternate I tested the gerber-output with https://www.altium.com/viewer/ which resulted in the same output:

I also attached the gerber files generated with the unchanged 2 layer template, maybe that helps.

Hello @huebnerX4YD3,

I hope you're doing well. The devs have reviewed the gerber and it does seem like it's related to your design. Would you be willing to share it with us. If you are willing to I'll send you my email through direct message.

The developer I was speaking to, doesn't see how this could be possible so we are really insterested in checking out the files.

Let me know if there's anything else I can do for you.

Best Regards,

Hello Jorge,

can you give me an update? Did you received my mail on saturday?
Does the developers where able to reproduce the issue? Do they still suspect my setup as issue?
Would it help to speed-up the process if we have a call to show you the few steps to produce the issue?

Or maybe I am doing something wrong?
Using a clearance matrix to have a differential wire pair with a big gap to the ground plane around it worked flawless on Eagle all the time and also a long time in Fusion. This changed within the last updates/months. The last time I am successfully exported differential pairs in Fusion using the clearance matrix for setting it up was on the 23th of august.
