bug on float number in component creator

Float numbers don't go from 2D to 3D in eletronic component's library creator

Would you please demonstrate the status in detail?  I have tried to create a new footprint from the library, the precision displayed in the dimension of 2D PCB is "1.23", after creating new package from the footprint, I can also see the precision is "1.23"

My unit setting is the default (mil in footprint and mm in 3D design)
