Basic - How to restore component value in PCB design?

Very basic question but I'm stuck!

I deleted several resistor values while on the pcb design environment, like R7 - 2M2.

Still got R7 but I can't find a way to show again the value.

Any way?

You can use Document > Draw > Autoposition Attributes.

Autoposition is not listed under Document>Draw for me. 

Under Document>Attributes I see "Reposition Attributes." But when I select this and restore to defaults, nothing happens.

I can right-click on the part in the schematic and select "value." I am asked if I want to change the value. I click yes and the correct value is shown in the dialogue box. But I cannot get this value to appear on the schematic.

Also using the command AUTOPOSITION returns an error.

My current work-around is to add an attribute to the part and display only the value.

Hi @DavidREJNP,

Check the library. Make sure that within the library you have added >VALUE to the symbol. If that isn't there then you won't see the value on the schematic no matter what you do.

Have the same issue - maybe it's moved in the menu.  I found I can use Document->Attributes->Reposition Attributes
