Autorouter Crashes Application

I Have been trying to autoroute my PCB with the typical tool and it will begin autorouting and after an amount of time Fusion will crash. Not a typical crash where an error report comes up, the app just closes.

I have attempted to export to EAGLE and the same thing happens there.

It shouldn't be a hardware issue as it has failed on both my workstations (16 core, 128gb RAM)

I have included the file below and was wondering if anyone has had this issue or has any suggestions?

Hi @alex ,

I hope you're doing well. I can reproduce the crash you are seeing. There are a couple of things that are unusual about this board. First off, you have this giant circular polygon that cuts into half of the board, is that intentional?

The other thing that is off is the antenna you have on the left side of the board. The vias that take it to the top layer are in violation so that maybe part of the problem. In general it's preferable to avoid vias when running a trace to an antenna since you are adding an additional impedance change that you have little control over. If you can adjust the layout to avoid having to use the vias I think you'll be better off long term. Additionally, from what I can tell this board has some RF and some decent power running through it. I would not auto-route this board without having first manually routed the critical traces.

Let me know if you continue to run into problems.
