ALL Components locked in design

In my PCB design, ALL of my components show ( and behave ) as locked, but none of the componnts have the 'locked' property set.  See the screenshot below:

Is there some 'global lock' function that I have accidentally activated?

Quick fix would be to go to the “selection filter” panel on the right (typically) and select only components.  Then use Ctl+A in the canvas to select the parts.  This will only select parts because you filtered out all other objects.  From the inspector panel, uncheck the option for Lock and this will unlock all parts.  VIP: go back to the selection filter panel and click Reset to enable object selection again.

This did not work. 
Please take a look at the screen shot in the initial post and observe that the highlighted component displays and behaves as locked, but the property panel shows locked is not selected.

Tom got me all squared away....

I had accidentally locked the tOrigins layer and this in turn locked all the components on the layer
