Adding to or updating Library

I am working on a design that require a Texas Instrument TPS6282x IC.  I am working in the electronics design section of Fusion 360.  The Texas library that came with the application does not appear to have that IC.  Texas Instrument still list it as "Active" on their site.  I believe it isn IC that has been around for a while.  So my question is and do hope someone can help me how do I update the TI library in Fusion to either a version that contains this IC or how do I find and add the chip info to the existing library.  Or do I have to create the chip from the Texas datasheet?  If create the chip I have seen a video tutorial on doing this by I believe Jorge Garcia but now cant find that video so if I can be provided a link that would be helpful.

Hope someone can help

This video explains the basic process of adding new components to a library. There may be additional tutorials that better explain the package generator though. I'll keep looking.
