Add image (bitmap or vector) to schematic (not PCB)

Dear all,

I'm new to electrical design and drawings.

I'm currently testing F360E to see if it fits my needs.

These needs are simple electrical scheatic for industrial proof of concepts.

Is it possible to add an image to an electrical schematic or component symbol in a custom and local library?

I'd like to add my company logo to the docfield of one frame and to some components in the library.

Thanks for the help and best regards,

Csaba

Hi @csaba78SCN ,

I hope you're doing well. This is possible, you can import bitmaps, using the import-bmp.ulp that comes with Fusion 360. You'll find it under the Automation menu. When you go to import the bmp you have to figure out what size you want it to be since it won't be scalable once it's imported. If this is something you see yourself doing a lot then I recommend importing the logos into a library so that you can have them available whenever you need them.

Let me know if there's anything else I can do for you.

Best Regards,
