3D PBC from PCB won't correcly display

I have imported a .brb file of an antenna from NXP (I've attached the .brb) .

Here you can see that the the corners are displayed.

Howver when i click on View 3D PCB, it generates a design without showing the whole design (corners aren't showing.)

1. How do i correct this? 

2. Does this mean there is also an error in my PBC deisgn, or just in the 3D model?

I have also found another similar issue with makign a 3D PCB visualization: 

with the file:  demoboardv2b.sch and demoboardv2b.brd (attached)

 

Visualizing the PBC top layer:

The bottom layer with just a connection:

However the 3D PCB design has the antenna coil even on the bottom layer, making a short with the connection:
