Why Can't I Create New Project??

I've been able to create new projects from the same account in the past. Now when I try to create a project the option is greyed out in the app:

The account is set as the primary admin, which as far as I can find is the highest role that can be assigned. But it's not clear because it shows up as being signed into two different accounts simultaneously. From the user bubble in the top right it shows one account:

Then from the team drop-down in the top left it shows another:

Viewing on the web does nothing to clear up the discrepancy:

Both of these two users are set as administrators regardless. Why can't I create a new project?

Hi @ryan.brewer9R5KC ,

So the trick here is looking at the hub and specific projects. You mention you are a Primary admin but you don't show what Hub you are a primary admin for. So you know, you can be a member of many hubs some created by yourself and other created by your coworkers  like this Poseidon hub.

Confirm with Jeff what rights you have on that Poseidon hub. My gut feeling is that you don't have the rights you think you have on Jeff's hub.
