Hi, I want to move this hole to the right, but the rules does not allow me to do any further. Can I ask which rule limits the distance between NPTH holes and the border? I already set Board Outline Clearance to 0mm.

Hi @mw934,

The Board Outline Clearance controls the clearance between copper objects and board outline objects or holes. So this rule is not the one that stops you from moving that hole. I have tried here and I have set the Board Outline Clearance to 0mil and I can move the hole all the way next to the board oultine, please see below:

The General design rules are setup the same with yours. There is no other rule that will prevent the hole from moving close to the board outline apart from a custom Board Outline Clearance that will be defined in the Custom Rules tab. Can you please check to see if you have defined a Board Outline Clearance rule there by any chance?

If you can send an image with the rules that you have defined in the Custom Rules if any that would be great.

I hope this helps you. Please let me know how you go with this.

Kind Regards,
