I am looking for these capacitors (shown in the picture).

I checked the rcl library, sparkfun-capacitors library, capacitors library, but couldn't find these. I need the package with circuit symbol, PCB footprint and 3d model. Please help.

Hi @masharul92,

I hope you're doing well. The rcl library contains footprints compatible with this type of capacitor. You won't find the word Polyester though. From the PCB perspective the material of a capacitor is irrelevant only the footprint is important since that is what will actually be considered for the layout. In the schematic you can then add attributes to further classify the part as polyester, electrolytic, tantalum, etc. You won't find a polyester specific footprint.

This type of component typically has a 5mm ish spacing between the leads so any of the 050 footprints should work.

Let me know if there's anything else I can do for you.

Hi @jorge_garcia

Thank you very much for your quick response.

In the rcl library I cant find a similar package with a 3D model as well. Could you please suggest what I should do? I am new to fusion360.

Best

Hello @masharul92,

I hope you're doing well. I would recommend using the package generator if the 3D model is critical, it will also generate the footprint for you.

Since your new to Fusion, I recommend checking out this series of videos on library part creation.
