It was really useful and nice option. I could immediately connect 3D step model. Now when you click create 3D model or connect existing 3d model it does open the 3D editor - but it does not import Pads shapes nor other critical lines. It takes poorly few lines, not even complete shape of the package.  For example when I want to create or connect 3D package for sot23-6 footprint, it just shows 2 vertical lines as a sketch. Now lets imagine how you can synchronize a step body with the pads which you do not see!

Here is example, @jorge_garcia @yqliu  lets try to make 3D package for this lbr which is available here:

Hi @christopher2KLSVU ,

As you have noticed, the command "Create New 3D Model" is what you are looking for. I can get correct result with the lbr file your shared:

Can you share a screenshot of the result on your machine?

This is strange.  Today it shows the lines and pads fine, however yesterday and day before I saw only these two lines marked in red circles. I was creating two different 3D package for different parts. I do not understand it.

Looks like the lines you didn't see were dashed lines. Next time if you saw similar issues, you can try to create some working lines in a sketch of Fusion modeling environment and see if there are any issues.
