those ones 

what are they called when i want to add them from the place>add part

no matter what i look up i always either get no result or male headers

The good old EAGLE library "con-lsta" have female headers.
No 3D packages though.

Hi @maxSE6ML,

 

I hope you're doing well. Go into the Library Manger in Fusion. You can search for it there and then put it into use. It is not in use by default.
