WEB GL error when uploading stp file to library

Hello,

Whenever i try to upload a 3d model to a device i receive a error saying There was a problem running web gl on this machine and it will only render wireframe.Unfortunately nothing is rendered in the window only the 3 axis move triangle i have tried all the workarounds posted in the thread https://forums.autodesk.com/t5/eagle-forum/trouble-in-lunching-package-generator-in-eagle-8-7-1/m-p/... none of them worked.What else should i try?thanks

Found a work around just goto library.io in your browser and login with your autodesk account,then just upload the 3d model through there website this issue seems to be a eagle/fusion issue shocker a issue with fusion i know, my browser works with the same exact webpage eagle says it cant support.

Can you share your graphics card and OS information?
