Where can I set my acceptable via, blind via ratio in the new DRC settings? It's flagging me in DRC check but I can't find the setting.

Thank you

Oh I see it, but this is odd it's a min blind via ratio of 2.  I have a 4mil via that goes layer 1-4 (13.5mil deep according to the stack-up).  That should be 3.75.

So is that number really the maximum ratio? I think that's how it is working onw

Hi @eric_engineer ,

That's a good way to interpret it. Basically, the thinner a drill the more likely it is to break the deeper you drill into a material. In other words really small drills should only be drilled to a shallow depth to avoid constantly breaking bits.

Let me know if you have any other questions or concerns.
