Updated Eagle PCB design, now origin wrong in Fusion design

I've been working on a casing for a PCB designed in Eagle. The board outline has not changed since the initial design, and the board has always been positioned at 0,0 in Eagle. This has been used as the basis of the casing in Fusion with various constraints based on projections from the PCB.

I've just updated some components on the PCB for an update and now the position of the board has moved when I update in Fusion - only be a few mm, but enough to break the design. Is there a way to break the link to the PCB so that Fusion doesn't have the warning that the PCB design has changed? Otherwise I'll need to start the whole casing design again.
