unusual problem - going from Fusion 360 to Eagle in 2D PCB stage

I've been using F360 for ECAD for a while now, but as I've started doing slightly more complex designs than I used to, I've encountered quite a few F360 glitches.* 

I've heard Eagle is more stable, so I wanted to try that. I'm trying to transfer across my component libraries from Fusion to Eagle, and also transfer my schematic and 2d PCB design to Eagle, and finish of my PCB there. I've seen a lot on going from Eagle to Fusion, but not much on the other way round. In fact, I've seen nothing on transferring schematics, libraries and 2D PCB designs from Fusion to Eagle.

Any help with this would be much appreciated 🙂

*(at least I think they are glitches - e.g. I'm trying to use a Copper pour on 3 out of 4 layers on my PCB, but it's only showing up on one layer, and doesn't appear to change when I try to update the thermal widths etc.)
