Unable to place components on a custom pcb

I'm trying to create a custom shape PCB to add my components to, but when I link the pcb design my components are not on the board and Fusion 360 will not allow me to move them. Is this due to me using the personal use version i.e. not a paid for version, or is it something to do with my project settings? I followed a walkthrough project on YouTube and followed the steps exactly but keep hitting the same problem that some objects are outside of the board area.

Actually, might have solved this. For some reason the PCB was placed the wrong side of the origin point. I've managed to shift everything up to the right and it allows me to move the components on to the board.
