Couldn't find a similiar problem in the forums and standard troubleshooting as suggestet by fusion did not wirk

Can't open 3D Model of a PCB designed in Eagle 9,.2.2
I updated eagle to 9.6.2 an retried it. The PCB is shown in the navigation/prject tree but cant be opened. 
restartet pc eagle and fusion a few times. 
I can open the 3D model in Fusion teams without any troubes.

kann in Eagle 9.2.2 erzeugtes Board nicht in Fusion 360 öffnen. 
Eagle auf 9.6.2 upgedatet und gepusht, funktioniert trotzdem nicht
eagle, fusion und pc in verschiednenen Kombinationen neu gestartet, funktioniert auch nicht
Fusion Teams funktioniert problemlos, 3D modell wird angezeigt und kann gedreht etc werden
