UI feature missing for drawing lines on silk layers

I can't figure out how to draw lines on a silk layer in Fusion Electronics, other than by creating a library part. This was/is straightforward in EAGLE.

Related question: Is it possible to create traces without connecting them to pads, vias or existing traces? This was possible by holding down a key in EAGLE, but I seem to not be figuring out how to do this in FE.

Workaround: 

The LINE command actually works, it's just a missing button/menu.

Hi @Anonymous,

Document > Draw you'll find the LINE command there. For FE we have to conform to Fusion360 UI conventions so stuff got moved around. It's a pain for me too, but it's just a learning process to get through for now.
