The same component positions differently on the PCB?

Can anyone tell me why this happens?

I have the same connector multiple times on the PCB, yet all of them except the first one is positioned too low on the board.
The first one ( bottom left) is correct?

this seems to be fixed today, after working offline for 5 hours (my internet was down) then when back online, all these components are now in the correct place! MAGIC???
