Text in Polygon is not isolated

I frequently use text in my polygon pours with additional stop layers.

The text usually was isolated automatically from the polygon pour.

In the current version the text is embedded in the pour and hard to detect.

Was there an update that changed the behaviour. Or am I missing a new option?

Best Regards,

Tobi

Hi @franzAVJH5,

Unfortunately this is a regresion for Vector Text that happened in September Release. We have fixed the issue already and the fix will be available in the next major update. In the meantime the workaround is to use Proportional or Custom Text instead of Vector Text. There should be no issue because there is full support for True Type Text in both Gerber and ODB++ CAM outputs.

Please let me know if there is anything else I can help you with.

Kind Regards,

Thanks, but unfortunately we have a lot of PCs and this is not an administrative solution for us. I don't understand why Fusion doesn't fix such a serious bug within a short period of time and this is not an individual case. Unfortunately, you are forced to do some updates because old releases obviously cause even more problems with the cloud and unfortunately there is no option to downgrade. It's now annoying, especially when you're working with students, as it doesn't make things any easier when there are isolated problems somewhere despite the same version.

Best regards

Andres

Hello @gallia4u ,

I understand this is inconvenient, but temporarily doesn't the workaround work of using a different text?

Let me know if there's anything else I can do for you.
