Tenting via's that are set to soldermask=auto

Hi,

In my design I want to have covered (tented) via's. I have been doing this for many years in Eagle by setting the mask value to 0.3mm. Now in autodesk fusion nothing happens and the only way seems to be to disable the soldermask for that particular via. Am i doing something wrong?

Thanks, I already had read them all, but without success. Per default the setting of the via is Auto, so I would expect that it responds to the mask setting, but it does not. If I set it to OFF, the via is tented, but that is a lot of work. I tried to export it to Eagle V9, but there it also does not respond to the mask setting anymore, maybe a compatibility issue. So either there is something corrupted or I'm doing something wrong.

Hi @maartenH7SH5 ,

Currently if you want tented vias involving the limit value then the only way to do this is to set the Soldermask setting to off for all of the vias. At that point the limit value will control tenting, anything larger than limit is exposed anything smaller will be tented.  

We have tickets and work being done to fix the behavior of soldermask options but the above info should let you get the behavior you want.
