Team Libraries dont update in open schematics when changes are saved

Because I have 4 engineers working on related PCB designs at the same time, we use a number of shared Fusion Team libraries, and have a designated Library person creating parts and footprints. When she saves a new part in the Team Library on her computer, I can open this library and see the part, but the Place Components in a schematic on my system never changes unless I quit Fusion and restart.
(a) The version number visible in Library Manager on my system is stale, and there is no way to manually get the schematic sub process to acquire the update, the library file itself cannot be re-added to the project since it's already In Use, and neither "Update Design From Library" nor update all affect this,
(b) Closing the Electronics Project and re-opening without quitting has no effect, Library Manager shows the same version, note that I also made sure there were no other electronics projects open,
(c) Opening the Library for editing from the Fusion Cloud browser directly displays the correct version number and parts/properties, so the data is available to my system just not getting propagated to the Eagle container, likely because Fusion is creating a local cache file of the library at the time it starts up. Possibly the container process has that temporary file open which would prevent Fusion from writing an update to that temporary file.
@jorge.garcia - any chance the developers could add a button or function into the main Fusion application to forcibly close and restart the Eagle container so that updates can be propagated without having to quit the top level App? Even better would be allowing us to kick the embedded Eagle binary to see changes to the library files.
