Support for multiple boards per project

I'm looking at the possibility of creating a device the requires two PCBs. What is the best way to approach this in Fusion 360? Do ECAD projects support multiple boards? Is it best to have a single schematic and two boards (is that possible)? Or would I need to have a schematic created per PCB?

I believe you can create as many electronics designs as necessary within a project folder. However, I think each board has to have its own schematic. Communication with the other board can be shown either as a custom component or through the headers that the boards share.
