Sudden disconnection of capacitor from power rail

Hello,

I have an electronics project in which I have a few power rails. One of them, `+VOLTAGE`, is causing issues for me, or maybe it's the capacitor attached to the rail. I have a 1206 cap attached between `+VOLTAGE` and `GND`. In the schematic, inspecting the wires shows that indeed, the terminal of the cap in question is at `+VOLTAGE`. However, on my PCB the net on the capacitor's terminal is `S$1` and shows no connection to `+VOLTAGE`.  I haven't seen anything other than `N$n` before. Does anyone know what might be going wrong? It's very strange. I have tried rebooting the program.

Thank you.

Hi @nsbernar,

I hope you're doing well. Run the ERC does it say board and schematic are consistent? If it doesn't that would likely explain the problem. It's important to keep both the schematic and the board open together at all times.

If it tells you it is consistent then please post a picture or the file for review.

Let me know if there's anything else I can do for you.

Best Regards,
