Simple Alarm and House Electrical Schematic

Hello. I mostly use the Solid workspace, so I'm comfortable using Fusion for that.

But, I'd like to use Fusion to digitally represent my alarm and house electrical system schematics. For the alarm, I'd want to be able to layout simple binary switches (door and window contact sensors) and a junction box and connect them using color-coded 2C, 4C, and 10C wire which connect to each other, swapping colors sometimes. I've researched the electrical workspace, but cannot seem to find the right library for those components.

Can someone point me in the right direction?

What you're looking for is more likely a wiring diagram or electrical schematic, not really a schematic of an electronic circuit or printed circuit board (PCB).

That’s right (see title). Can this be done in Fusion?

"I" would not do this in Fusion 360. YMMV

Hello @afgoody ,

some years ago Eagle had some libraries for electrical installations.

Also a documentation (in german languange only) was added to the Doc-folder.

As described ind this post  you can download older Eagle-Installation-Files here http://eagle.autodesk.com/eagle/software-versions

With version 7.7 you can exctract the *.exe file with 7Zip and find the libraries in "lbr/elektro"

And documentation:
