Set new origin when I'm creating a footprint

I would like to know how to edit the position of the origin when creating a footprint  such as leaving the origin on a pin or in the middle of the footprint (this is important to assemble later, in addition to facilitating the positioning of the pins).
Also, I didn't find an option to make oval holes in a custom size, as in the example.
