Set Constant Temperature for Electronics Cooling Simulation?

Hello, I am trying to figure out if I can set one of the components on my part to be at a constant temperature throughout the simulation. Is this possible?

If I understand correctly you do not want to set the thermal loss for a component but a constant temperature for a component in your PCB layout or for the environment, right? If yes, I am sorry I have to say that this is not possible. 

Could you give me a bit more insight what you would like to do in your case?
