As we communicated in email, the service utility error has been feedback to other corresponded team that they will handle this in the future. You could ignore those errors as you have no problem to sign in Fusion and use it now. So sorry for any confusion.
For the library related crash issue, unfortunately we are not able to reproduce it by ourselves and you, but our development team did trying hard to investigate whether there is anything we could improve for this area.
We will keep you be posted if we have any progress about this. Hope all the best.
