Service Utility Not Responding

I tried to run a Repair Fusion 360 Electronics from the Service Utility Menu and it is not responding.

 

What gives? I can't open Fusion 360 Electronics, I can't repair Fusion 360 Electronics.

 

I paid for Fusion 360 electronics but can't use it.

 

This cloud based version sounds like a great idea, until you can't access it as readily as a downloadable software version. 

 

The free version of Eagle was better than this as well.

 

I am frustrated.

 

Please help to restore my confidence in this expenditure or it will no longer be an expense.

 

I have attached a log file to assist in resolving this issue.

I hope you're doing well. My colleague is suggesting that you follow the procedure in this article
