Select under and move

I'm wondering if there is an easy way to select a item under and then move items. I found that long pressing brings up a list of items that I can select. But I can't then reclick and move the item. Is there a method that I can do this? Otherwise my process is to use the selection filter so that it's limited to the type of item I want to be able to click and move. For example, is there a way to select and move attribute C15 below without using the selection filter?

Click with your left mouse button on the component, then with the right mouse button toggle trough the components,wire etc until you see what you want to edit.

Click right again to select that component, wire etc.
