Schematic Part Value Cannot Be Moved

I have a manufacturer symbol/footprint which is working fine. However, in the schematic, the origin of the value of the part seems to be locked, relative to the origin of the symbol. In EAGLE forums there is discussion of a "lock" icon but I cannot find one in Fusion 360 EDA. How can I resolve this?
