The place where I'm going to have my PCBs made, JLCPCB, does not support blind or buried vias. I need to route a 4 layer PCB where my stackup is as follows:
- Layer 1 signal
- Layer 2 GND
- Layer 15 Power + & -
- Layer 16 Signal
Without blind vias, when I create a via on layer 1 it goes through to layer 16. If I need to have a component on layer 1 have a connection to GND or power, how is that accomplished without blind vias?
