Routes blocking move on PCB board

Hi all,

I routed my board and then needed to replace a part in the schematic. Now I can't move it on the board because it seems the routes are blocking it. I tried the different move modes (free/disconnect) but that didn't help. What am I doing wrong?

Your part is being blocked by the other parts because of the "Push Violators" mode being enabled now. As it looks like you want to move your part to the inside, you could temporarily turn on "ignore obstacles" in the menu to overcome this:

Thank you, that worked! I never knew about that option.

It was only added since the last update in August. Push/Shove & Obstacle Avoidance got expanded to every edit operation rather than just Route. This is why that option was moved to the editor-level.
