PTH Pad footprint shorts to ground

Hello, 

I created a pad composed of 3 parts: 

a PTH round pad (tStop has been generated automatically)

a Top (+tStop) polygon intersecting the pad

a Bottom (+bStop) polygon intersecting the pad

Looking at the pcb, all the pads are connected to ground through the ring of the pth pad.

Attached are the pad footprint and a detail on the pcb. 

Where is the mistake?

There was no mistake. It was a bug. 

After installing the new July 2022 update, the pad has been correctly separated from the ground (see attached image).
