Project is cached but folders are empty when working offline

Hello,

My project has 2 folders. Their contents are cached. But when I set to work offline those folders are empty when I open them. I tried the "Cache this project" option, and made sure all the contents are cached (they aren't grayed out), but they just won't show. Am I missing anything?

In your preferences, check the number of days for offline cache time period. If you have it set extremely low I would suggest increasing it if you plan to work offline for long periods. But I don't know if that will solve your problem or not.

It's set to 15 days. I haven't changed it. It's been 15 days since I installed it.

I hope you're doing well. Did you right click on the project and select store in offline cache? You might have to give it more than 15 days.
