Possible Problem with power planes on components with slotted holes.

So I have to first admit that I am very new to Fusion360 PCB ..... but I have been working with other tools for years so hopefully not completely stupid !!
I have a USB Connector component imported from Wurth Electronics Library.
As is quite common the outer body of this connector requires slotted holes.
Firstly I am not sure how to get the correct milling information for the slots.
BUT much more worrying is the behaviour of power planes around these holes.
As you can see from the attached images the power plane is generated as if the hole was a regular drill .... it does not take into account the actual shape of the pad so result is the power plane is shorted to the GND net.
Worse still is that DRC apparently does not see this as an error.
Am I doing something completely wrong here ?? .... even if I was would expect DRC to flag this !!
